C&C: Generals Zero Hour mod | Released Jul 28, 2008
CWC is a C&C Generals Zero Hour Total Conversion. It takes place from 1980-1989 and it will feature realistic units from the 80's.
We want CWC to be a mixture of realism and fun. We will make it more realistic than vanilla Generals, with real life weapon systems and side specific characteristics.
CWC will offer 2 factions: Russia and USA. The Russians tend to use tanks and artillery (for example: T-72 / T-80, BM-21, 2S1, RT21-M only to mention a few) while the USA rely on aircraft and high tech units (for example: F-15, F-16, F-117, A-10 etc.).
Also we we will have a lot of infantry in the game, not all of them will be just cannon fodder. So engaging a T-80UK with a US Rifleman won't be a good idea. Other infantry units can be a real pain in the ass to armored units. We want the players to use more infantry than in regular Generals, where infantry wasn't the big deal. In CWC Infantry can be very useful, even against tanks if you have LAW/RPG-Soldiers.

Hello guys,
the previously announced patch to version 492 is ready and waiting for you. As usual, you can use the starter to download it or get it in our download center.
Firstly, it improves the performance (especially when viewing US buildings). We measured improvements of up to 40% in FPS compared to version 493. On one of our systems frames per second increased from 17 to 24.
Secondly, it features a new USA singleplayer mission: Your job is to rescue the survivors of a shot down aircraft and make sure they're evacuated.
As if that wouldn't be enough of a challenge, the first official CWC tournament will start on Friday, October 10th. Details can be found here:

i downloaded and installed the game it went great but when i went 2 play my cussor dissapeared and somehow i got into the skirmish and 5 secs into it it said mission complete can u plz tell me WTF is going on?

I downloaded it Today, And I played it ! It was so amazing!
But the bad part is , that my computer is so bad, that no other computer could even try to be worse than mine.
So when I started to play as USA, the Whole game lagged for me!! But I still played it, cause I enjoyed the game!
But could you make a patch or something that could be like "Lowered Graphics" Or Something like that ?!
And I would really , Really Appriciate that!

Sure,I solved the problem through running the CWC exe as an adminstrator after that everything worked fine i didnt need to unistall/install to play..Im guessing vista is what caused the problem because most of the old games you have to run as an adminstrator to get them working.
