A nice Imperial Keep, befitting a hero!
I wanted an authentic keep, Imperial Style, sparsely furnished, with decorative rugs and tapestries, each room in a separate cell for quick loading, without distracting cheesy stuff like dancers, dwemer airship plans, torture rooms, etc.
I wanted my hero to live in a keep which enhanced the illusion of being in medieval Morrowind.
Modular design consisting of packages, addons and contribs.
Ergonomic design: placement or elevating stones make sure your character can utilize even the top shelves.
Sparsely furnished.
Good layout.
No cheesy "goodies", dancers, spoilers.
"Trash Barrel" (incinerator) for permanent riddance of things you don't want.
Museum with display cases etc. for your see-worthy loot and prized artifacts.
Kitchen for gastronomical activity.
Storage Cellar: wine and spirits and room for your stuff.
Study, Bedroom, Armoury and weaponry.
Altar Room with your very own Imperial Altar.
Back Room, Hallway, Laboratory with auto-transfer of your ingredients into alchemy jars.
Wardrobe for display, repair and storage of clothing, jewelry, etc.
Library with correctly placed shelving - fits any book.
Training room with Practice Dummy and 4 different Chests for Lock Pick Training.
Combat Room with your Personal Trainer, Mohammad the Champion.
Exterior, featuring "Gimli Stones", Green House, etc.
Lots of ambience.
Extendable through addons and contribs.

I agree that alot of the cheesy add ons can be pretty ennoying. This sounds like it might be good ill download when its out. Keep up the good work(if you are working on it) andbest wishes to your modding.
