Remember QPong for Quake2? This is a start at recreating it.
Its simple: A long map, 2 goals and an eight foot ball. Shoot the ball into the enemys goal. Some weapons work better than others. Be careful though, getting too close to the ball can seriously damage your health!
Currently the game registers goals and keeps score, and is one of the few HL2 mods to have a linux server.

Fun mod, played trough the maps with one other guy (he was a real *******, but fun own). Very different experience compared to other mods. Absolutely try it out if you can find someone to play with.

This sounds a cool mod and im sure help could be found!! I'd like to help but ive never designed anything for a mod before. But if someone does want to make this mod and nee help bad, i'm sure they cuold teach me a few things to help :) just ask if u want to.

I've pretty much given up - while there was a small community around this mod back in the day, it never really reached critical mass - servers never really filled up.
It WAS fun though.
If anyone wants to take over development, then let me know. The original mappers may still be interested in taking part again, but a coder or 2 is whats needed. Like I say, anyone wanting to do it is welcome to all the source code I/we created.
Meanwhile, I might start up the server again for a night or two, if anyone is interested in a pre-arranged game.
