Sorry, but it does appear to be dead, according to the forums there. Well, dead in the sense that it has changed direction and is no longer a Metroid mod any more. It would be nice if they changed the profile here and gave us some info on what they're planning, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Hey guys, this mod looks awesome. I can't wait to see what you guys are able to come up with on a series such as this. Please, make sure it's at least a respectable spin-off to the Metroid series, and not a direct influence from Metroid Prime, and I'll be one big, happy boy. :D
