Some time in the distant future earth found that it was not alone, the planet was invaded by a mysterious alien race. Humans battled with all their forces against these creatures but their defences were overpowered. The entire male population was destroyed in the biggest battle the earth had ever seen. The few surviving women who were not killed in this mass slaughter were taken prisoner to be experimented on.
During the operation the Aliens made a terrible mistake, a power surge gave the women alien information that gave them the ability to rise against their captors and escape. They scavenged weapons and other equipment in order to fight their attackers. The aliens surprisingly chose to leave without them, but they left behind a disease that mutated the army of fallen humans into flesh eating creatures. You join this fight for survival.
Play as either the women or aliens(details to be revealed)across beautifull levels.Or play with others in order to destroy the army of fallen men.
Weapons – Ranging from assault rifles to nasty close combat Knifes.
Armour – Purchase armour and build it up to unstoppable levels (visible on models) . As an alien evolve in order to increase your abilities and utilise your advanced technology.
Equipment – Collect attachments to boost your weapon skills.
Game Modes – Coop (humans vs ai), TDM, Defence and offence game types and much more...

Heh, We at Retribution: Girls Having Fun would like to wish everyone on Moddb a merry xmas and a happy new year. We're taking a short break over xmas/new years to spend time with families and the such, but we plan to have this mod well underway when the new year comes into effect and we get over the hangovers this time of year so often causes ;) As my special Xmas present to you, I just uploaded a render of the XM-8 that the females will be using in the mod so be sure to check that out, And hopefully if santa gets my letter in time, we'll have a brand new coder with us helping us to bring this project to the public. Lol, a month after the name change the mod dyes.
To bad that all thoose models and maps go to waste... Are you going to donate them to antoher mod or reuse them?
OK, well, despite my best efforts this mod is going nowhere, i seemed to be the only one working on it for a long time, it kinda sucks because i really wanted it to work, but lack of coders and anyone else actually doing anything, i decided enough was enough and i'm moving on to put my efforts full time into another mod. Thinking of starting my own mod but not sure yet, anyway, not sure what will end up of this, but yeah, I'm no longer a part of it.
moving on time.
So i've been working hard with some models with the free time I managed to wrestle away from this Real Life thing over the holidays. I've been working on some handguns, they are pretty unique, the females handgun is sorta a custom type affair thing that I made basically by modelling a gun and adding things on, theres a couple more details I need to add to it, but you can expect some renders over the next week or so. I also started a concept for the alien handgun. Working without a concept artist is a big pain in the *** you know, my concepts pretty much suck usually, but I think i've found a basic weapon that with a bit more detail and modification could work as an alien handgun, so hopefully I'll have some renders of that too for you. So, we're not dead, theres just been a little lapse over the holidays as was expected really. We're still looking for people to help out, especially a coder that can bring our plans into a workable reality, also concept artists, mappers, modellers, skinners, animators, you name it, we probably need it ;) but I hope everyone had a good xmas and new year, I certainly did, and hopefully now we can crack down on some serious work on this mod and get some stuff out there for you people to play with.
We're currently looking for new people to help us continue with this, We've had quite a few let downs previously, but hopefully now, we can lure some new blood into the project and really get this mod off the ground. We do still have the same leader (Headake), weapon modeller (Me), player modeller (Boognish), and skinner (goku) but theres so much work to do that a few extra pairs of hands wouldn't go amiss. I'll be adding help wanted ads over the next few days, moddb will only let me post one a day :o but yeah, We're still very much alive and kicking and we're all 100% dedicated to getting this mod out there.

So what happened to the team? Are you starting over?
Thats why we decided to make the main name "retribution", and the "girls having fun" bit as a sub heading. People were getting the wrong idea.
i was thinking more on the lines of having pillow fightes and two girls 'playing' and having 'fun' if you know what i mean. :)
