Inside you'll find new levels, new scares, and new surprises as you battle your way out of a mental institution filled to the brim with convicted murderers and killers who have all 'lost their way'. As the player progresses they'll find themselves wrapped up in a story so large that even mouse button 1 won't save them.

After the power systems short out and all the patients are freed you need to find your way out. Shortly after the patients seem to be showing some kind of illness, a disease brought to the hospital that hasn't ever been seen before.
