Where do i download the "MCSP blood fx patch" ?
I managed to get everything else, but i suffer from the grey square blood fxbug.

Is the Merciless 1942 multi-player mod gone now? I host a website for BF1942 and its mods and I'm having a hard time locating the mod. It isn't on Mod Database.

Everything but the "MCSP blood fx patch" can be still downloaded.
Which is annoying, because that one patch is needed to fix the Blood Patch.
There is a solution against the gamespy shutdown. You can play all the mods online and the server will be back.
You need at first the basic game BF 1942 –> 1.61 Patch (only if you have the release 2002 edition) –> Online Patch 161b (Anthology) –> Origin Players: Team-simple.org or for CD Players Team-simple.org or for Origin Players: Team-simple.org (thats for find back the server in your Gamespy Browser, fix your widescreen, and give compatibility to Win 7/8 Users) –> go in the bf1942 folder and overwrite the old bf1942.exe with the new one –> right click on the Desktop BF 1942.exe –> Properties –> compatibility –> set start as Win 1998 (v) and as Admin (v) –> click ok thats it you are back again online!

Please respond, I downloaded all 3 files installed the mod it's self from this site first then the 1.6.1 patch then the other texture patch in the default destination where my game is. Then I launch the game launch the mod from the custom game menu select the SWSP mod and when it activates I go to instant action play a random map some have the loading screens some are just gray one that was not a gray screen and was completed loaded like half way the said that bf1942 has stopped working game shuts down and returns to desktop.... Please help....someone....
