IC mod team would like to announce that it is starting to work on a new mod "IC - Europe".
AS you all know the current IC4 Mod has reached its limits in terms of the new items that could be added to the game, which doesn't mean that we have run out of ideas for it.
So, to accommodate all those ideas we decided to create a new mod, with a release date scheduled to 6 months.
The main combat forces are gonna be: Russia, UK, Germany and France plus insurgents, mercenaries and rebels from the above countries - those countries will be represented by full range of player skins, vehicles and other game objects required, other European countries could be present as well, but with a limited number of player skins and vehicles (as defense forces if you wish), additionally some of the stock American skins and vehicles will remain so our bodies from across the Atlantic don't feel left out.
The main concept is to strip down the IC4 mod down to its very shell which is "JO-Escalation" and fill it up with new explosive content. As you have noticed the title is "IC-Europe" which means that some of the current IC objects could be transfered over to the new mod either on full time basis (if they suit the mood of the mod) or on part time basis, as "place holders" until new custom items are made.
There,s a lot of new game objects in the making: vehicles, buildings, player skins, terrains, etc. New weapons systems are being tested on board of the old trusty IC vehicles until they get proper carriers for them.
So start posting your ideas on how you want to see the future mod and Europe in it, who knows maybe your voice will be heard.
If you are interested in modeling for the new mod, but don't have skill yet - go through tutorials, if you have the skills - contact the mod team with the stuff you want to contribute to the mod. The amount of work that needs to be done is vast, so there's no things too big nor too small for it
A development video.
Skydive has been working on some new models of the French Leclerc Main Battle Tank.
He has also finished up his work on his ZSU-23-4 Shilka.
This is an updated model of the German Self-propelled artillery piece "Panzerhaubitze 2000" It has added country markings, updated camouflage, and more detail on the model itself.
I would like to welcome Crack to the IC mod team. He has donated some models including this famous bridge in Europe.
Its only 600 poly's so plenty room for detailed areas! As you can see there is now a helopad overhang and a walkway which will eventually have ladder...
Ammo has been working on some new foliage. Watch for more updates concerning foliage and player skins next time!
As many know, making planes into JO was impossible because of the multi-player coding. Well we were trying some experimenting and such and we decided...

just where on the website? the international conflict website is very confusing to me.
I don't think I will be updating this page anymore, except when the actual release happens. It would take too much time to get this all caught up.
Just a few updates.
We are internally testing ICE V 0.1.2 right now. Once all the bugs are ironed out we will be sending it on to Novalogic to be approved then we will begin working on most of the building and decoration models. We don't know when it will be done, so just keep watching our website for more information.
it looks great :) :
I just now noticed that a picture has a C-130 taking off..... a video also shows lots of C-130s flying overhead... are they flyable like most other vehicles? or just pre-programable with waypoints and such in the MED?
