no you cant build buildings, i dont think, but i think its HUD, or when you go to a PT and pick vehicles, or infantry
#1: These look like frozen cutscenes from TS, very nice.
#2: You can repair buildings in the Construction Yard.
#3: When you enter a Purchase Terminal you get a Sidebar instead.
